Here is what you’ll need:

2 peeled and diced kiwis

2 peeled, cored, and diced gala apples

1 small container of raspberries

1 small container of strawberries

1 tablespoon Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

3 tablespoons peach fruit preserves

10 10-inch flour tortillas

cooking spray

1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar

In a large mixing bowl, add kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Cover tightly and chill for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Take the 10 flour tortillas and lightly coat each individual tortilla on both sides with cooking spray. Cut the tortillas into wedges and arrange them on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Once arranged on the baking sheet, sprinkle the tortilla wedges with cinnamon sugar and lightly spray the tortilla wedges with cooking spray again.

Bake the tortilla wedges in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Repeat this with any remaining wedges.

Once tortilla wedges are removed from the oven, allow them to cool for about 15 minutes.

Serve the chips with the chilled fruit mixture. Enjoy this fresh, juicy appetizer or any-time snack.
